7-day digital product refund policy

You have 7 days after purchase to try the Clean Close digital products. If the material is not the right fit, email hello@cleancloser.store within 7 days of purchase and include the email address used at checkout.

Digital access

Because these are digital products, refunds are reviewed against delivery status, duplicate purchases and unusual abuse patterns. This policy is designed to reduce purchase anxiety while keeping the product fair for real buyers.

What to include

Send the order email address, product purchased, checkout date and a short reason so the support team can locate the transaction quickly.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact hello@cleancloser.store and include both checkout receipts.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe or the original payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
