Terms and Digital Product Conditions

Digital products

Clean Close ebooks, toolkits and scorecards are digital education products. Access is intended for the buyer or licensed team after successful checkout.

Delivery

Digital access is delivered through the connected checkout and email system. If access does not arrive within a reasonable time after payment, email hello@cleancloser.store with the email address used at checkout.

License

Single-user products are licensed to one named buyer for that buyer's own internal business use. They may not be shared with colleagues or clients. The Team License covers up to five named internal users within one company and includes the AI Sales Skill. It may be used for internal onboarding, coaching and training only. Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, public sharing, file sharing and uploading the materials to public or shared third-party libraries are not allowed.

Upgrade prices are available only to the original purchaser of the qualifying lower-tier product. An upgrade extends that purchaser's existing rights; it does not create a transferable second license.

Intellectual property

All Clean Close content, frameworks, copy, visuals and digital materials remain the intellectual property of Naviqo Solutions, operating Clean Closer Institute, or its licensors. Buying a product gives you a use license, not ownership of the intellectual property.

Educational use

The material is educational and does not guarantee a specific revenue outcome. Results depend on the buyer, offer, market, sales skill, implementation and execution.

Payments

Prices and currency are stated on the product page and must match the Stripe checkout. US launch offers are charged in USD. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added or included depending on the buyer's location and the tax treatment shown before payment. Stripe collects the buyer's name and billing address, presents the final total and handles payment confirmation.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Clean Close products are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Checkout requires acceptance of these terms. Where EU or UK consumer withdrawal rules apply, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery has started, you lose the statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect statutory rights where the product is faulty or not as described, and it does not replace the voluntary 7-day refund policy below.

Refunds

Refunds follow the 7-day digital product refund policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Naviqo Solutions is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, lost profit or business interruption resulting from use of the materials.
